Minimum GPA of 2.0 or 50% aggregate marks or equivalent.

Students with participation in International Hackathons, mathematics olympiads, coding competitions, or science fairs may be given additional consideration.

Additional Information

Program Status: Proposed Program to be offered by Radiant College in academic collaboration with Kathmandu University, School of Arts, with an expected commencement from August 2026, subject to formal approval and accreditation. Teaching–Learning Approach: The program emphasizes interactive lectures, case studies, group discussions, community-based learning, seminars, workshops, and supervised fieldwork to ensure both academic depth and practical exposure. Fieldwork & Community Engagement: Students will be placed in NGOs, INGOs, community-based organizations, social enterprises, and local government offices to gain hands-on experience in real social settings. Assessment System: Student performance will be evaluated through a combination of internal assessments, assignments, presentations, fieldwork reports, project work, and end-semester examinations as per Kathmandu University regulations. Further Studies: Graduates will be eligible to pursue higher education such as Master of Social Work (MSW), Development Studies, Public Policy, Sociology, Gender Studies, and other related disciplines in Nepal and abroad. Career Support: Radiant College will provide academic mentoring, career counseling, and guidance for internships, research opportunities, and professional placements.
