Radiant College (an extension program of Kathmandu University), Shankarpur, Tilottama, Rupandehi, successfully organized an Academic Interaction Program on June 12, 2026, featuring an insightful session on ICT4D (Information and Communication Technology for Development) under the theme “Talking about Philosophy, Technology, and Life.”
Prof. Devinder Thapa is a distinguished academic, researcher, and writer currently serving at the University of Agder, Norway. He also gives his valuable time as a visiting professor at Radiant College.
He is widely recognized for his contributions in the field of Information and Communication Technology for Development (ICT4D), with a strong focus on how digital technologies can be effectively utilized to promote inclusive growth and address societal challenges.
