Excellence Recognized: KU Dean Honors 13 Radiant College Students for Perfect 4.0 GPA

TILOTTAMA — In a remarkable academic milestone, thirteen BTech Ed. IT (Bachelor of Technical Education in Information Technology) students from Radiant College have secured a perfect 4.0 GPA in their end semester examinations.

 

The outstanding academic achievers, comprising eight students from the first semester(2025 Batch) and five from the third semester (2024 Batch), were honoured during a special commendation ceremony held on Friday, 17 July 2026 at the Madani Hotel in Shankarpur, Tilottama.

 

       

 

Among the first-semester achievers who attained this academic distinction are Aadesh Upadhaya, Ankita Gyuawali, Dipesh Kharel, Ishu Bhusal, Nitu Ahir, Parkash Partel, Shreya Aryal, and Suvash Neupane.

 

Similarly, the third-semester cohort who maintained flawless records includes Aakriti Gautam, Golu Kohar, Madan Pandey, Monika Pandey, and Rup Kumar Pasi. 

 

       

 

The ceremony, organized to celebrate the students' exceptional dedication, was graced by Prof. Dr. Manish Pokharel, Dean of the Kathmandu University School of Engineering (KUSOE). Addressing the gathering, Prof. Dr. Pokharel congratulated the students on their flawless academic records.

 

He emphasized that the integration of technology and education is crucial for shaping the future of the nation, urging the achievers to maintain their momentum in the semesters to come.

 

More over Prof. Dr. Pokhrel shared students his own journey of doctorate through hard times to excellence. He reminded students the value of skill along with certificate.

 

 

   

 

Also speaking at the event, Mr. Ananta Pandey, Principal of Radiant College, delivered inspiring remarks, praising both the students' hard work and the faculty's continuous mentorship. He highlighted that such stellar results set a high benchmark for academic excellence within the region.

 

He expressed his gratitude to Prof. Dr. Pokhrel and Kathmandu University for their unwavering support and guidance.

 

 

The program was facilitated and conducted by Radiant College's Vice Principal, Mr. Prakash Poudel, who welcomed the guests and students, expressing deep pride in the institution's growing academic reputation not only in the region but also all over the University.
