    Program Overview

    The Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) is a transformative four-year undergraduate degree designed to develop professional social workers equipped with the knowledge, skills, and ethical grounding to serve individuals, families, groups, communities, and organizations. Through a blend of classroom learning, field practice, research, and community engagement, students will be prepared to address pressing social issues and contribute to sustainable social change both in Nepal and globally. This program will be offered in collaboration with Kathmandu University School of Arts — a reputed institution committed to excellence in humanities and social sciences — and Radiant College as a partner institution facilitating the program delivery, student support, and industry/community connections.
